Ultimate Abyss is a monster from the video game "Resident Evil: Revelations". Ultimate Abyss is bio-weapon with a face that cracks open to show an eye that can cause illusions and it has fins and and oversized clawed arm. I give this monster 8 out 10 Tentacles.
