Octabrain

Octabrain is from the Duke Nukem series. Octabrain is a floating alien with three eyes and tentacles. It has psychokinesis, so it can throw random objects at the player. I really like how its three eyes glow as it attacks. This monster is near perfect so I am giving Octabrain 9 out of 10 Tentacles.

Manticore

This manticore is from the video game Odin Sphere. Manticore has several sets of teeth and a poisonous tail. I give this monster 4 out of 10 Tentacles.

Nicl & Nicr

Nicl & Nicr is from the video game Baroque. Nicl & Nicr is a floating monster with two faces and tubes coming out of its grotesque body. It is based on the lovers arcana. I think this monsters desgin is great. I give this monster 5 out of 10 Tentacles.

Ultros

My favorite octopus villain Ultros. Ultros is from Final Fantasy VI. He also appears in Final fantasy XIII-2 as downloadable content. In Final Fantasy VI one of his attacks is "Tentacle" it inflicts moderate non-elemental damage to either one or all party members. Its Battle Power is 146, and it is unblockable. Ultros also has an attack call " Octopus Ink" that blinds one party member. In Final Fantasy XII-2 he is recruitable as a party member and has powerful ice spells and still has "Octopus Ink" ability . I have to give the almighty purple octopus from my child hood 10 out of 10 Tentacles.

Rifle Demon

Rifle Demon is a monster from the Disgaea series. It comes in various colors as you level up. In Disgaea it has the ability to never miss any attack but has poor movement. It also has 3 eyes 2 horns and an arm-mounted laser cannon and because of this I give the Rifle Demon 7 out of 10 Tentacles.

Tanzra

Tanzra is from the super nintendo series Actraiser. He is called Satan in the Japanese version of Actraiser, but I will use Tanzra because that is how I was introduced to him. Tanzra is the main antagonist he has legions of demons.In Actraiser 1 he is fought in some sort of different dimension. In Actraiser 2 Tanzra has far better design. He  is half frozen in a lake of ice just like Lucifer in Dante's Inferno. I give Tanzra 9 out of 10 Tentacles.

Sasha

Sasha is from the playstation game Infamous. Sasha was originally a mentalist and scientist working for a group called the First Sons. During her time with the First Sons, Sasha began to research mind control techniques and developed a spray or tar-like substance, which as an agent seduced other agents to extract info from them. At some point she became a conduit unlocking abilities of mind control by produceing the black tar from her body.She is a great antagonist but not that monsterous for this I give her 3 out of 10 Tentacles.

Daedalus

Daedalus is from the playstation game Resistance. Daedalus used to be
human named Jordan Adam Shepherd. He can fly and has the power of psychokinesis.
His voice has a great echoing effect. His tentacles are strong enough
to stab straight through a man and for this I give Daedalus 8 out of 10 Tentacles.

Defiler

Defiler is an alien monster from Starcraft. It has a couple of gruesome abilities. Dark swarm summon thousands of small insects. Plague it spits red damaging fluid. It also can even burrow and consume things for more energy. I personally think it looks like a monstrous silverfish. because of this I give Defiler 5 out of 10 Tentacles.

Astaroth

Astaroth is a monster from the Ghosts'N Goblins series of games.He is known as The devil king of the Makai. He has lived for thousands of years and is well versed in the magical arts. Has a secondary face on his abdomen which though apparently unintelligent, can attack on its own. His hide and clothing are stronger than steel. He also posseses two fire-breathing mouths. As a demon lord, Astaroth has vast lore of arcane magic.He can either burn his enemies with deadly fireballs or scorch them with his white-hot laser like breath from his second mouth. In Ultimate Ghosts'N Goblins he uses magic to fly as well. I give this monster 4 out of 10 Tentacles

Beelzebub

Beelzebub, also known by his human avatar form Baal Zebul, is a recurring demon in the Shin Megami Tensei series. A powerful and high-ranking demon, he is the right-hand man of Lucifer. Beelzebub is known as "The Lord of the Flies." Beelzebub was originally a Philistine deity and was later explained to be one of the seven princes of Hell in Christian sources. He is also considered to be synonymous with Satan. I give Beelzebub 9 out of 10 Tentacles.

Infected Tuurngait

The Infected Tuurngait is a monster from the PC game Penumbra. The Infected Tuurngait do not run purely on instinct and are fairly intelligent. They are all connected to each other through a central mind. To them, there is no such thing as an individual. The Tuurngait prowl hallways and will chase you on sight. It isn't hard to be aware of their presence. If you do end up being noticed by an Infected, the most important thing to do is to run for your life. Running is the best and only way to handle an Infected. While they commonly vocalize through guttural growls and whines, they are actually capable of speaking. Whenever in the same vicinity, they can be heard saying things such as "Is someone there?", "Who there?" and "Nothing," along with other words that are harder to make out. I give this monster  6 out of 10 Tentacles

Zodom

Zodom is from the Playstation 2 game Ar Tonelico: Melody of Metafalica. It is made up of random toys and other nightmares. I love the design and the whole  Ar Tonelico series is great. I give Zodom 6 out of 10 Tentacles

Fortitudo

Fortitudo is from the game Bayonetta. Fortitudo is the Cardinal Virtue of Fortitude and the Bringer of Flame, one of the Auditio seeking to recover the Left Eye and revive Jubileus. He is colossal and has some of the best video game boss music I have heard. I give Fortitudo 8 out of 10 Tentacles.

Baron Von Blubba

Baron Von Blubba is from the Nintendo game Bubble Bobble. In the game, if you are to slow beating a level it will spawn Baron Von Blubba. The Baron is a floating, demon whale that pursues you slowly and randomly and cannot be killed by anything. His entrance is preceeded by evil music. I give this monster 2 out of 10 Tentacles.

Elaine

Elaine is from the Playstation game Koudelka. One night, a band of robbers broke into the Nemeton Monastery and during the raid killed Elaine. When Patrick, her husband, returned he was devestated that his wife was murdered and tried to ressurect her by conducting numerous experiments. He had no success until a certain man who is later revealed as Albert Simon tells him, and steals the book of the forbidden arts, The Emigre Document. But what he ressurected was not his wife but something terrible. Even though Patrick ressurected only Elaine's body, Elaine's soul was unaffected by the ritual expect she was unable to move on until her body was destroyed. To stop this maddness in the Monastery she contacted Koudelka with her cries. She seemed to contact Koudelka hoping that she would travel with James and Edward to learn the mysteries of this Monastery. She then appears when Koudelka summons her spirit to shed some light on whats hidden in the Nemeton Monastery. She then tells James to destory her body, (saying it was against God's will to resurrect her) so she can finally rest in peace. Depending on the ending you get there are two ways Elaine's body will be saved. If you go for the good ending, then she will fall into the flames and explode, or if you go for the other ending James will sacrfice himself to cleanse Elaine's body and they both ascend into heaven. I give Elaine 8 out of 10 Tentacles

Gyossait

Gyossait is a fantastic flash game. Gyossait has great music and a unique art style. I could not find the name of the tentacled face but I will still rate it. I give this monster 5 out of 10 Tentacles

Blood Pet

Today is April Fools day so I'm doing a monster from the card game Magic the Gathering. Blood pet is a fine monster. It costs 1 black mana to summon. Blood pet can be sacrificed for 1 black mana. I give this monster 1 out of 10 Tentacles.

Child with chainsaw

Child with chainsaw is from my favorite puzzle game "Catherine". It is a huge, nightmarish, half metal baby. It has a horrifying cry and kills you in one hit. I give this monster 8 out of 10 Tentacles

Mamiya

Mamiya is from the  Japanese only Nintendo game "Sweet Home". After her child fell into the mansion's furnace and burned to death, Mamiya went insane, and kidnapped other children and threw them in the furnace so her child would have "playmates" in the next life before committing suicide. She came back as a ghost to haunt the mansion. She has two forms in the game. I give this monster 7 out of 10 Tentacles

Gatherer

Gather is from the video game Amnesia Dark Descent. They're grotesque malformed humans that can not be killed. You have to run and hide. They're very creepy looking and because of this I give this monster  5 out of 10 Tentacles

Biggy Man

Biggy Man is a monster in the Splatterhouse franchise. He appears as a mutated human with chainsaws attached to his arm stumps and a burlap sack covering his face. In 2010 Splatterhouse Biggy Man lords over the Meat Factory in a gruesome, post-apocalyptic New York City set thirteen months after Rick failed to stop Dr. West from sacrificing Jenny. According to Dr. West, the Biggy Man is a servant creature to The Corrupted. He also says that it has a primative, but cunning intelligence. In fact, Dr. West was lead into a Biggy Man trap once. Another example of the Biggy Man's intelligence is that it actually named itself. When Rick and the Biggy Man finally meet, the Terror Mask comments on how he actually recognizes Biggy Man, and how the two are "screwed". Rick first fights off Biggy Man with a shotgun, knocking the Biggy Man onto his back. The lights go out for a brief second and Biggy Man disappears, and causes Rick to crash down to the bottom floor, where the Biggy Man becomes much more of a challenge. I give Biggy Man 7 out of 10 Tentacles

Monster Party

This is the last boss from the Nintendo game Monster Party. This game is one of the best games on the old school  Nintendo. It has lots of fabulous monsters. The last boss does not have a name I could find. I give this monster 3 out of 10 Tentacles.

Wendy

Wendy is a monster from one of my personal favorite video games, Nier. It is most likely named after Wendy from Peter Pan. It's appearance is that of a huge stone sphere with shadowy, smokey energy,  with a single eye, surrounded by Shade tentacles that can fold together, giving it the look of a closed lotus flower. It is fought in the Aerie, where it causes the majority of the villagers to become Shades. After Nier kills many of them, Wendy emerges from a black swirl in the air and attacks. I give Wendy 9 out of 10 Tentacles.

Leechmonger

Leechmonger is from the game Demon's Souls. As you could guess it is made of millions of leeches. It regenerates health, but is weak against fire. I give this monster  8 out of 10 Tentacles.
