The Doll maker is from the video game Alice: Return to Madness. He is actually Dr. Angus Bumby, the murderer of Alice's family. He uses hypnosis to make insane children forget the horrors of their past. He also uses the children as sex slaves, then uses hypnosis to wipe their memory of it. All around great villain and monster. I give him

Yeah, this dude is a true enemy. I personally would give him 10/10, mostly because of what he does to Alice and the other kids who are insane. Besides, this is symbolism for the people who really do this kind of stuff to kids, which makes it even more horrifying in my taste. He is also the ones that tried to take Alice's sister but in the end burned their house down along with her sister. So he decided to use Alice instead of her sister and in the end paid his life for what he had done by getting run over by a train after Alice pushed him.
