Twelve is my favorite Street Fighter character. It is a shame he is only in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. Twelve can theoretically turn into any humanoid form, but his default form is a pure white male made of almost liquid material. Twelve likes to communicate by speaking in binary code. He fights by turning his limbs into blades and tentacles and because of this I give Twelve
