Mutagen Man is my favorite mutant from the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". His design has always fascinated me disgusting organs floating in fluid with monsterous limbs. I even have an original Mutagen Man action figure. I give this monster 10 out 10 Tentacles.
