Nemesis

Nemesis is a monster from "Resident Evil 3".  Nemesis is around 7 feet tall hulking monstrosity that pursue the player with inhuman tenacity. Nemesis final form is what I am basing my score. I give this monster 9 out 10 Tentacles.
